Issue generating routes in Buddy
Resolved - Dear customer,
On 27.02.2026 at 22:35, we identified an issue affecting Buddy.
The issue has now been fully resolved. All deliveries and pickup shipments for the distribution cycle are available in Buddy, and the system is operating normally.
We have completed monitoring and can confirm stable performance.
If routes were downloaded during the incident period, please refresh the app to ensure the latest data is displayed.

On 27.02.2026 at 22:35, we identified an issue affecting Buddy.

As of 28.02.2026 at 00:30, we can confirm that all deliveries and pickup shipments for tonight’s distribution are now fully available in Buddy.

If routes were downloaded earlier, please refresh the app to ensure the latest data is displayed.

Buddy is now operating normally. We will continue to monitor the system to ensure stable performance.

As of 28.02.2026 at 00:00 CET, Saturday’s routes are now available in Buddy.

Data synchronization is still in progress. Routes downloaded at this time may not yet include all parcels, particularly late incoming shipments.

We are closely monitoring the synchronization process and will provide a final update once it has been fully completed.
